"Home" meets

We will once again host two meets at Kaizen: one at Thanksgiving, one at Christmas. See the schedule for details. These are both USATF sanctioned meets: waivers must be signed, USATF membership is not required.

Invite other vaulters you know, they do not have to train with us, all ages and abilities are welcomed. The more we have come, the more fun it is.
