Weekly workouts

Coach Wyatt has put together workouts for this week, and intends to continue doing this through the competition season.

Do not tell your school coach this is the only thing you can do if you are doing school workouts. It may be appropriate to do the school workout instead of your school team is having practice. You may be able to get permission from your school coach to do these workouts instead of what others are doing

If you do not have access to equipment needed for these workouts, ask for substitute exercises – we need to know if modifications are needed.

For those having problems with their swing up, there are few things that will build strength for this better than regular swim workouts (freestyle and butterfly strokes). It only makes a difference if you do the workout multiple times a week
