Kaizen is Central Kentuckys' only pole vault club where all coaches are SafeSport certified. Our athletes own the Middle School State record for boys and girls, as well as the High School state record for boys. We have had numerous State Champions, even more Regional champions. We train athletes from middle school through post-collegiate.

Since I didn’t put it in a news item before – congrats to Thomas for winning Middle School State!
Today, Bailey won 3A State with a jump of 12-6, which ties her for 4th highest indoor jump on record in Kentucky, and puts her in the 37th rank nationally this year.
Ava tied for 1st in the 2A competition with a jump of 12-0
Emily, Zyler, Lacy and Drew all took 2nd place in thier division.
Braden was 3rd in his division
Mark was 4th in his division
Hadley, Harper, and Thomas were 5th in their divisions
Ainsley was 6th, Shaelyn was 7th, Neilson and Adam were 9th, and Ethan was 18th in thier divisions.
Additionally, Hadley, Zyler and Bailey all jumped to new PRs at State – best time ever for a PR!
